Brad Gerdeman - Managing Partner

Brad is a CMO and Marketing leader whose expertise and collaborative style have enabled great companies to become great marketers. Brad’s unique blend of business, strategy, marketing, and communications expertise have enabled him to accelerate growth, reinvigorate once-leading brands, and turnaround ineffective marketing. Brad’s philosophy is that most leadership teams have the assets they need to win yet there’s untapped potential in marketing insight, strategy, and/or execution. Brad is highly regarded for unlocking this potential and for extending his value far beyond traditional marketing as “a strategic thinker, business advisor, and a compass for effective decision making”).

Since 2002, Brad has helped transform marketing for more than 40 U.S. and global businesses operating in over 190 countries; over the last 6+ years he’s led marketing for many as Interim-CMO. Prior to 2002, Brad held roles as Global Marketing Director at Delta Air Lines and Account Manager at BBDO. Brad earned his MBA in Marketing and BA in Zoology from Miami University, Oxford, Ohio.


Michael Sinclair - Managing Partner

Michael is a CMO and Marketing leader who’s driven by his passion for marketing and helping others use marketing to drive organic growth. Michael’s transformational marketing expertise has helped a wide range of corporate leaders decipher why their current strategies or structure were not working and how to develop and implement effective solutions to achieve their goals. His approach and philosophy involves establishing trust-based relationships and mentoring internal teams to assure long-term performance. He’s been lauded as a leader who is a both a pleasure to work with and effective at creating marketing impact.

Since 2001, Michael has collaborated with more than 50 companies in 15 countries. Over the last 7 years, he’s led marketing for many as Interim-CMO. Prior to 2001, Michael’s was in brand management at Alcon, where he gained a balanced combination of consumer, professional, and channel marketing experience. Michael earned his MBA in Marketing at The University of Georgia’s Terry College of Business and his BS in Computer Information Systems.
